Some of the points I also want to share with you, may be Old and forgotten but effective: -
Get up early, but go to bed at the same time every night for about 7-8 hours.
He walked slowly, next to the bed without putting his feet up.
Take 30-40 seconds to look out the window, see nature and enjoy it. (Yes in a peaceful sense without staring at the neighbor's house and parking lots :))
Drink a glass of full water. The most effective method for all kidney patients
If possible, do Anulom Vilom Pranayam in just 3-4 minutes. Then you can do all the steps to greet the Sun (@@ How to Make a Sun Greeting)
Wash properly with lukewarm, not very hot (winter) and very cold (summer) water.
Always take some, not many, fruit for breakfast (even if you suffer from constipation) with a cup of milk.
Don't forget, close your eyes and meditate while you are on a cab trip. It's a great way to refresh yourself. You can get simple music help too.
Always take snacks with you to get Brunch or Evening Snacks if they are not available.
Exercise is very important but it is not necessary if you are able to find time to run in the evening. For me, running slowly and long is the best exercise and is taking the place of all the exercise.
Always have a very small dinner with lots of salads.
Last but not least, always maintain a positive attitude about life and time. And you will see they will give the same to you.
