How can I make my hips less tight? They hurt a lot. What can I do?
Stretching… yoga…even salsa dancing…!
anything that gets movement back in the hips.
Walking, Jogging, Swimming, Mountain Biking…
I would suggest a daily stretch regime/or yoga,
along with some other bendy-type exercise…
I.E. - Lunges, Sitting cross legged and stretching forward.
Once your mobility gets better, you’ll notice improvement.
I would also suggest making sure your posture is correct…
If by nature you stand bowed in, you’ll increase the pressure on your hips.
