01 Start your day with positive thoughts.

What are you looking forward to? What are some of the exciting and exciting things that can happen today? We are not telling you to forget any negative or stressful things you are going through in your life, just remind yourself of things that can give you a sense of calm or put a smile on your face.

02 Play with your pet.

Your furry friend does an excellent job of reducing stress in your life, and reducing stress in your life makes it easier to keep your fitness goals. Also, making an effort while playing with your pet can be a great way to get your MEP for the day!

03 Quit smoking.

We're sure you've heard it before, but it should remind you. Quitting smoking will not only help you to increase your stamina but also your daily life.

04 Laugh and smile!

Celebrate those moments that make you happy. Taking time to express your positive feelings can contribute to your health and happiness. Laughter helps you to deal with stress and can lift your spirits

05 Meditate.

Try to meditate for at least five minutes a day. Close your eyes and focus on one thing (like your breath) for a while. When your mind starts to wander (and it will!) Just let that go and get back to your breath.

06 Sleep at the same time every night

Or at least as much as possible. Everyone's schedule is changing, but training your body to begin the process of getting to bed at the same time every night can help you fall asleep faster and prevent that night of wandering and restless shifts.
